Draft · to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch
For you if someone sent you a contract through Contracts.io and you opened it from the link, without an account.

The link in your email is personal. Anyone with it can act as you in that room, so don’t forward it; invite a colleague instead. The sender can revoke it, and it expires. We may ask for a code we email you before you continue.
When you accept these terms you give your name and, if you act for a company, your title. You confirm you may act for that company in this negotiation. When you sign, you confirm you may sign for it.
Your side’s internal notes, your Lex chats and anything you stage before you press Send are private to your side. The sender can’t see them, and neither can we except to run the service. Your Lex chat ends with the link.
The sender’s workspace controls the room; we process your name, email and what you do in the room for them and to run the service. See Privacy for your rights. As a guest, nothing you write (your replies, edits or chats with Lex) is ever used to train AI or improve the product.
Our Terms of service apply to you as a guest where they make sense (fair use, Lex is not a lawyer, signing, governing law).
